June 16, 2020: You woke up the spirit of love inside me

I want you all to know that you woke up the spirit of love inside of me when I wanted to just give up. Your words made me want to get out of bed and work out. I fought that heavy weight killer named Covid-19 with the best coaches and support system.

Professor Shannon Lakanen & our Otterbein University family got my 41 year old body up out of that bed and I ran 2 miles a day, completed sets of 50 push ups until I reached a thousand, and got back up on that pull up bar and ate healthy as I possibly could until I knocked that Covid-19 right out of my system.

I just want to give you all thanks again for your inspiration and words that kept my mental thoughts at it's peak. Thank you so very much and I hope to see you all very soon.
