I was watching this telecast of cameras following the medical staff around in one of New York's major hospital's during the height of the pandemic. As we all know, NY got hit the hardest. While I was holding my emotions together, empathizing with the people and stories I heard in real time, I thought of all of you who continuously take time and thought to send us messages of hope and support. To know you're not forgotten, to feel supported, that's what helps people get through. Inside these prison walls or inside a New York hospital room, there are people like those doctors and nurses, just like there are people like you guys on Lifelines. Heroes. Angels. The best humanity has to offer.
