First off I want to give a rest in peace to brother (inmate Jan Becker) who is another brother to pass away from this deadly virus. He was a great musician who played the flute and the saxophone in the chapel.

Once again, all of your love from these writings have me looking forward to the next ones. I want to first off say thank you for saving my life.

Your love and support has made so strong. I was so sick and weak a few weeks ago and your love and support made me get up out of that bed and start working out hard even though my body wanted to quit.

Those that know me as "Love" from our writing class know I am a big strong man. That Covid-19 knocked me down. Yall know I got my Superman tattoo so that Covid-19 was like kryptonite to me. I was at the point where I couldn't even move or breathe. I'm not gonna lie, all of you have motivated me to be stronger. Covid-19 isn't stronger than the love that we all share so I'm gonna kick this hate, ugly, horrible disease right in its butt and keep on pushing.

I love you all and I will continue to be strong for you all.
