I have been keeping up with your e-mail to us in prison and I was a member of the history class and of the OPEI summer class as well. I enjoyed both beyond measure. I am now presently in Grafton. The parole board order me transfer here for a program before my sentence expired.

In one sense it might be a blessing because I am not exposed like those in Marion even though prisons are over their capacity everywhere in Ohio. But I stay secluded in my cell and keep close protocol with social distancing. But on the bright side I will be attending Ashland University this coming semester for my Bachelor degree and I am in my Junior year. I have been asked to join Phi Theta Kappa honor society. I just have to figure out how to come up with the money to join and hopefully obtain a scholarship if I do well. This way I can keep going to obtain a masters degree. But such are goals and aspirations that we have. In truth my dream has always been to obtain a doctorate degree.

Please tell Corinne and all the others I send my best wishes and prayers with them. May Allah bless you all and know you are in my prayers.

For those whom are observing Ramadan, Ramadan Kareem.
